WM_CAP_SINGLE_FRAME_CLOSE
The WM_CAP_SINGLE_FRAME_CLOSE message closes the capture file opened by the WM_CAP_SINGLE_FRAME_OPEN message. You can send this message explicitly or by using the capCaptureSingleFrameClose macro.

Return Values
Returns TRUE if successful or FALSE otherwise.
