WM_CAP_SET_SEQUENCE_SETUP
The WM_CAP_SET_SEQUENCE_SETUP message sets the configuration parameters used
with streaming capture. You can send this message explicitly or by using the capCaptureSetSetup macro.

Size, in bytes, of the structure referenced by s.
psCapParms
Address of a CAPTUREPARMS structure.
Return Values
Returns TRUE if successful or FALSE otherwise.
