WM_CAP_GET_SEQUENCE_SETUP
The WM_CAP_GET_SEQUENCE_SETUP message retrieves the current settings of the
streaming capture parameters. You can send this message explicitly or by using
the capCaptureGetSetup macro.

Size, in bytes, of the structure referenced by s.

Address of a CAPTUREPARMS structure.
Return Values
Returns TRUE if successful or FALSE otherwise.
