MM_JOY1ZMOVE
The MM_JOY1ZMOVE message notifies the window that has captured joystick
JOYSTICKID1 that the joystick position on the z-axis has changed.

Parameters
fwButtons
Identifies the buttons that are pressed. It can be one or more of the
following values:
JOY_BUTTON1
| First joystick button is pressed.
| JOY_BUTTON2
| Second joystick button is pressed.
| JOY_BUTTON3
| Third joystick button is pressed.
| JOY_BUTTON4
| Fourth joystick button is pressed.

The z-coordinate of the joystick.
